Been looking at this gun for awhile but not sure if it's Washington compliant. I've seen that it is CA compliant which makes me think it wouldn't be a problem being WA compliant.WA follows pretty closely to CA Compliance.

Hi Camden, unfortunately no.  "Assault weapon" means -
A semiautomatic rifle that has an overall length of less than 30 inches.
This gun is 26.4" collapsed.
