The description here states that you can fire any type of shells without a break in period, in a comment here said it had problems with Birdshot but was ok with 00 and slug. I don't wanna spend $150 just to break it in. Will it shoot Bird or low brass from the start?.

Hi Joseph and welcome. No, it will need at least 1200 fps low brass shells. It will shoot lower fps low brass after around a 50 to 70rd break in. Just the nature of the beast. Cheers and stay safe!

According to the manufacturer, yes.  Unless someone reading this question actually has this gun, that is all you have to go buy.
