I made an offer and was accepted, and then requested a specific serial number at checkout. The request did not show in my total or final checkout. Tried several times to same affect. Do I not get to choose a serial number if I make a lower offer, or is there a bug in the code that doesn't add the $5? Will I get my requested serial number anyway? Thanks

Hi Justin, you should still get the serial number for $5. Since we are customers like yourself and do not have access to orders, you will need to contact Bud's at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri.
