I see a lot of similar rifles that have the same kit it seems like, but different UPCs. Curious what the difference in this rifle is versus UPC 736676180455.

Hi Joshua and welcome. Just the color scheme of the receiver picatinny rail and pistol grip type. Generally small cosmetic and furniture differences. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

Hi Joshua, the one you linked to is the newer model. It has a different stock and a more vertical pistol grip. Also has a different brake, the Ruger Precision Rifle muzzle brake. 
UPC 736676180455 is the older, discontinued model.
