Hi Demetrius, Dictator Murphy says you cannot have a threaded barrel AND a pistol grip in The People's Republik of NJ (this has a muzzle brake, which is allowed, not a flash hider). If the muzzle brake was pinned/welded, then it would be NJ legal. Your best bet is to buy it locally where the gun shop will make it NJ compliant. As a fellow NJ resident, I feel your pain.

In it's current configuration, no. I'd take Ed C's advice and buy local. This way your FFL can make it NJ compliant.
