Hi Shawn and welcome. No, a .44 Magnum handgun cannot shoot a .416 Weatherby Magnum cartridge; the .416 Weatherby is significantly larger in size and power, making it incompatible with a .44 Magnum chamber, and attempting to fire it would likely damage the firearm. Cheers and stay safe!
