Hi Dustin, yes sir, this is CA compliant. Permissible handguns that are NOT on the handgun roster: ✔ Single-action revolvers that have at least a 5 round capacity with a barrel length of at least 3 inches and an overall length of at least 7½ inches are permitted. Stay safe & have a great day!
