Hi Howard, I own a couple of the Walther P22's Black and the Military one. I think these are the Best 22LR around actually. They feel great in your hand and shoot accurate. The price is right too! Do the price match.

The online reviews and you tube videos put both these pistols neck and neck in the reliability and accuracy department. It would basically boil down to personal preference as either will serve you well in your intended purpose. I would go to a local gun shop is possible and handle both to see which feels best to you.
