Hi George and welcome. No, but Buds would ship without non-compliant magazines, and you would need to acquire compliant magazines separately. Cheers and stay safe!

Hi George, unfortunately no. Bud's will remove the non-compliant magazines and you would need to obtian you own 15rd mags.
Either that or buy the 15rd model and get your own optic.
