Hi Michael and welcome. The blems are actually not bad and are cosmetic only. Most of these blems are tiny imperfections in the metal finish. Hi Michael, This product comes from the manufacturer with an aesthetic blemish. All blemishes are unique and minor, most are barely noticeable. The blemish is very minute, and Colt doesn't record where the blemishes are on the firearms. Stay safe & have a great day!
