The guns Buds has are all of recent Manufacture so the odds are very high that the have the upgraded trigger that being said the only way to know with 100% certainty is the check the S/N. Buds will not give out the S/N but be confident that if you do get one that needs the upgrade Sig will take care of you
Buds should know what they are selling Jose. Sig needs a serial number to verify upgrade. I would ask Buds to verify their batch with Sig and get back to you as they will not give you a serial number. I would ask them directly at Buds Customer Service using the "blue chat now" button at the bottom right of the page, or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).
