I see it says 30 rd.mag. can you send with ten round mag, or no mag. I am a repeat customer of Buds. Also is that a flash hider or other?

Hi John and welcome. Buds will ship without non-compliant magazines if capacity is your only state restriction. This model does have an A2 flash hider.  Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

Hi John, this is not NJ compliant due to the adjustable stock, threaded barrel, and flash hider. The NJ compliant M&P Sport II is no longer available.
