Hi Logan, this is a semi-auto rifle, legal to own. The AP5-SD Pistol is chambered in 9mm and utilizes a Semi-Automatic, Roller-Lock Delayed Blowback Action. The AP5-SD is suppressor ready with a Magpul MP BSL Brace, 1/2x28 thread and 3 lug adapter, equipped with a removable Faux Suppressor and ambidextrous selector.
