They are minor blems IE uneven finish maybe a small scratch Check it over good before you do the paperwork at the local FFL and if its something you cant live with refuse it and have it returned to Buds

It varies. It could be noticeable or not noticeable at all to the naked eye. It's like a roll of the dice on what you might get.
