Hi David and welcome. Most of these blems are tiny imperfections in the metal finish. These could be small spots of discoloration or dullness spots. According to reviews from other vendor websites, some owners are unable to find the blemish. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

It will vary, there's no way to really know....however every 'blem' I have gotten has been just minor issues with bluing, and some have had no obvious defects at all.....I have not received one that has ever been scratched or dented.

They are minor blems IE uneven finish maybe a small scratch Check it over good before you do the paperwork at the local FFL and if its something you cant live with refuse it and have it returned to Buds
