Hi Jose and welcome. The M18 slide is optic-ready with a native DeltaPoint Pro optic footprint and removable rear plate. The Sig Sauer RomeoZero 1x 24mm 6MOA Red Dot uses the RMSc Optics footprint so an RMSc Plate is need to mount to the M18. Cheers and stay safe!
