Hi Bill and welcome. Yes, as long as you have corresponding thread pitch. This is a 1.375 x 24 Rugged Universal Mount, or R.U.M., is compatible with the Dual Taper Locking System mounts, fixed mounts, booster assemblies, and 3-lug mounts, as well as industry-standard mounts. It is one of the lightest universal mounts on the market.
This is a mounting system for a suppressor to use Rugged brand muzzle devices, not a suppressor itself. I would instead ask how much heavier of pellets you used, and what were they made of, i.e. alloy or lead. Suppressed or not, anything you fire will make a noticeable crack if it is supersonic which will be anything at or above about 1125 feet per second. If heavier pellets did not help, I believe you need something even heavier still. If you are certain your pellets are coming out subsonic and the muzzle report really is that loud, an entirely new air rifle like one of the Gamo Whisper models will be quieter and less expensive than any possible suppressor setup meant for firearms.
Your neighbors will get upset over an Air Rifle, Wow!! Glad my Libtard neighbors haven't complained about what I shoot on my property 🙃
