If legal for NY, Buds will ship without magazines.

Hi Tom, unfortunately Bud's does not pin magazines. Bud's will ship with no magazines and you would need to obtain your own state compliant mags. Sorry this is Bud's policy.

Hi Tom and welcome. Buds will only ship without non-compliant magazines. You would simply need to acquire 10rd magazines separately. Maybe if enough of us post the suggestion of replacing factory non-compliant magazines with state compliant magazines, they may change their policy.
