Hi Darren and welcome. If it is doing this with different makes of ammunition, then I would disassemble the bolt carrier group, clean and lube it and make sure the firing pin moves freely. If it continues to exhibit the same issue, call ATI Customer Service as it is likely a bcg issue at https://americantactical.us/warranty - **Note** If you have another AR, a quick swap of the bolt carrier would be a definitive test. Cheers and stay safe!
Hi Darren, I would contact ATI for advice and possible warranty service at 800-290-0065 or email customerservice@americantactical.us Good luck, stay safe, & have a great day!
It may be as simple as a good cleaning & Lube or mechanical malfunction. After trying the latter, you may just have to contact ATI for a warranty repair. You can call ATI for warranty service at 800-290-0065.
