Hi Dennis and welcome. I only have experience with 308- and 300-Win Mag in this load. This load is rated for Muzzle Velocity 2960fps Velocity 100 yard 2808fps Muzzle Energy 2782ft/lbs Energy 100 yards 2503ft/lbs in a 26-inch barrel so expect a 75 to 100fps loss in a 22-inch barrel.
