Hi Duke, this is not CT compliant due to telescoping stock, pistol grip, threaded barrel, & flash hider. budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/connecticut_restrictions.pdf , Sorry, but you will not find anything similar that is CT legal. You would need something like this https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/141164/diamondback+firearms+db15+ny+compliant+300+aac+blackout+semi+auto+rifle ,
Hi Duke and welcome. unfortunately, this is not Connecticut legal as configured. If you want an AR that does not look like a Frankenstein's experiment, I suggest a Dark Storm Industries "fixed magazine" model here: https://www.dark-storm.com/dsi/dsi-fixed-mag-firearms/ ------------ Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
No on that AR for CT but, yes to the monstrosity below being CT compliant. https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/141164/diamondback+firearms+db15+ny+compliant+300+aac+blackout+semi+auto+rifle
You can not get any AR's in Connecticut, whether they remove features Conn restricts or not. On https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/connecticut_restrictions.pdf right at the very top there is a blue underlined line that says "list of restricted assault weapons", clicking on that takes you to a Conn dot gov website with a list of banned weapons. AR-15 and all copies, regardless of features or manufacturer, are banned. https://portal.ct.gov/-/media/despp/slfu/firearms/assaultweaponspdf.pdf
