Hi Elisha, it should be good to go, but that all depends if the legality of the fin grip. For example, WA state explicitly bans them. I would ask the FFL where to plan to have the gun shipped, he would know DC laws better than us. Stay safe & have a great day!

Should be good Buuuuut, I'd personally check with a local FFL or two, (Some FFL's still don't know S**T)
https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/washington_dc_restrictions.pdf has a list of named. banned assault weapons. AR-15 and copies are banned, so this is still a no go for DC even though its removed some restricted features.
