Hi Andrew and welcome. The rounds are the exact same. Buds somehow created two listings (the upc for the $38.99 is usually for the 500rd case) at other vendors. At Buds it is for a single box and the price difference is due to number of each listing in stock. Higher stock same or similar items will be lower in cost and vice-versa. Cheers and stay safe!

Hi Andrew, they are the same exact round, so buy the less expensive one. The listing with upc 762344864044 should be for a case of 500 rounds, but it was added as just one box. Stay safe & have a great day!
