Hi Chris and welcome. The only difference I can see is an additional 12rd magazine for (3) total over the new models (2) magazines. Certainly not worth the additional $ over brand new. Buds may have traded high for it, but still. Unless there are more unstated goodies, new would be the way to go. Cheers and stay safe!
