These are "bonafide Factory New" Douglas. Buds may have gotten a good deal on this particular batch. This is an excellent price. I misinterpreted your question as being under $400 and was rushing to buy 3 of them. LoL

Hi Douglas, Buds just hasn't put out the ad for the sale yet. This is brand new buy up quick because they won't last at this price. Buds uses an automatic inventory price update engine that runs every 20mins. Prices are tied directly to stock levels and will change as stock numbers change. As inventory numbers go down, prices go up and vice-versa. Usually when popular items get low in stock.
