Jeffry, these are recent manufacture pistols and should have the upgrade. I would contact Buds Customer Service staff via LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "blue chat now" button at the bottom right of the page, or phoning at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday). The UPC is for the currently manufactured gun so the odds are very high that it has the updated trigger. The only way to know for 100% sure is by the S/N and buds does not give out S/N but if it does not have the "fix" be assured that Sig will take care of you
