Incorrect picture. The pistol associated with this UPC has a straight/flat front grip.

Hi Geoffrey, you are correct, this is an error, Bud's photo is of the .380 version. The correct gun will not have finger grooves and will be .22lr, as seen here >>> https://www.classicfirearms.com/bersa-t22mx-thunder-22lr-fs-101-black/
