NO IT IS UNSAFE TO SHOOT A 410 in a 45lc rifle the chamber is to short

Hi Mike, no sir, 410 is too long for a 45 colt chamber; guns that fire both have 410 chambers and are made to fire both. Also 410 will not feed in a 45 lever action, because the loading gate, feed, chamber, and geometry of the feed system can't handle the longer casing. Stay safe & have a great day!
