no it will not its for a mossberg 500 " Mossberg 590 and 500 barrels are not interchangeable due to slight variations in their dimensions and mounting mechanisms"

Hi Richard, I am reading that the barrels are interchangeable between the 500 and the 590. However, you may also need to get a 500 tube, spring retainer, and magazine tube cap.
