Hi Charlson and welcome. No Sir. This model has a Brace instead of a Shoulder Stock which keeps the classification as a standard Handgun/Pistol. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

Hi Charlson, it is not a SBR because it is a pistol. It has a pistol brace. If you repleced the braced with a stock, then it would be a SBR. Stay safe & have a great day!
