Hi Gabriel and welcome. This would but is a Stock and not a Brace. It would change the classification from a Pistol to a short, barreled rifle (SBR) requiring NFA registration and a $200 Tax Stamp to be legal. You could add a Brace with no change of the Pistol classification. Cheers and stay safe!

Hi Gabriel, no sir, it will not fit the ATI Alpha Maxx pistol. Even if it would fit, if you put a stock on a pistol, it becomes an SBR and would require registration and a $200 tax. Stay safe & have a great day!

You would not want to add it even if it did fit. Putting a stock onto a pistol classifies it as an SBR (Short barreled rifle) which would require NFA registration and a $200 tax stamp.
