Hi Joshua and welcome back. I had a blue glitter model and in my kydex style holster it slightly smoothed the finish at holster/pistol contact points but nothing outrageous. I would recommend a leather style holster, that I switched to for best finish retention. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

You'll definitely see wear at holster contact points from using a kydex holster. As James Suggested, maybe this glitter model would be better suited for a leather holster.
