Bird shot.
Hi Simon, this is birdshot. The name Super Target gives it away as a target load. The most common target (birdshot) sizes you'll see are 7, 7 ½, 8, and 9 ....(#8 is on this box) #4, 5, & 6 can also be considered birdshot, but is more a hunting round than target practice. There is also #4 buckshot, which is different than #4 birdshot. It will say Buckshot or Slug in the listing or on the box if it is either one of these. 12 gauge Buckshot rounds here https://www.budsgunshop.com/search.php/type/ammo+%26+storage/caliber/10000533-12+gauge/q/buckshot , 12 gauge slugs here https://www.budsgunshop.com/search.php/type/ammo+%26+storage/caliber/10000533-12+gauge/q/slug , Stay safe & have a great day!
