Hi Corey, this is MA legal. Rifles that are not "assault-style firearms" are permitted (10-round maximum) and include: ✔ Any .17 or .22 caliber rimfire rifle Assault style firearms are centerfire rifles. budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/massachusetts_restrictions.pdf , Stay safe & have a great day!
