What is the difference between this model and upc 736676401079. Aside from the angle of the grips, why would one pay over 100 more for this model? Thanks

Hi Aaron, the one you linked to is the Target model and has an MSRP of $679. 
736676401079 is the 22/45 model and the MSRP is $529, so naturally one will be priced higher. 
The difference is the Target model has a one-piece, precision CNC-machined aluminum frame.
The 22/45 frame is molded polymer. 
Aluminum frame vs polymer, that is the reason for the price difference.
