The Tisas Tanker and Tank Commander are both 1911-style pistols, but the Tank Commander features upgrades and aesthetic enhancements over the Tanker, including a rowel-style hammer, checkered walnut grips, improved sights, a rounded mainspring housing, and a choice of finishes, while the Tanker has basic sights, plastic grips, and a plain black finish.
