Hi Armando and welcome. Unfortunately, no, Smith & Wesson J-frame grips will not fit a Taurus Model 856 revolver. While there's a general similarity in frame size, key differences in grip screw placement and overall grip shape prevent direct interchangeability. Cheers and stay safe!
