Hi Brandi and welcome. Depends on if your slide says p320 or not. Two different m18s. Two different mounting footprints. This is a Shield RMSc footprint red dot. The P320-M18 is optic ready and directly compatible with the ROMEO1 PRO and would need an adapter plate for this optic. Cheers and stay safe!
Hi Brandi, it may or may not, depending on your gun. If you see '320' engraved on your slide, then it will work. Otherwise, no. See Sig web site here, toward bottom of page >>> https://www.sigsauer.com/p320-m18.html If your slide says '320', you do not need an adapter plate. The Romeo1 Pro and Mecanik MO1 both use the RMSc footprint. Stay safe &b have a great day!
