Hi Shawn and welcome. Depends entirely on your proposed use. Either works in self-defense scenarios but the Critical Duty is the more powerful loading by a wide margin. I carry the Critical Duty 124gr +P and 135gr +P in my firearms. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
