Hi Christopher and welcome. Unfortunately, no Sir. This model is .410 only and not factory setup for .45 Long Colt. For safety and warranty reasons, do not fire .45 Long Colt due to over pressure concerns. Cheers and stay safe!

The standard bore diameter of a .410 is as expected 0.410 inches in diameter with constriction down to ~0.375 inches if your gun is choked about full choke. The 45 Colt is 0.451-.454 inches in diameter. That is significantly larger than the bore of a 410 shotgun it would be unsafe. In some cases, a .410 bore shotgun can be designed to also fire .45 Colt ammunition. This type of firearm is known as a "combination gun" or "combo gun." These firearms have barrels and chambers that are chambered for both .410 shotgun shells and .45 Colt cartridges. The key feature of these combo guns is a chamber that can accept both .410 shotgun shells and .45 Colt ammunition.
