Hi Randy and welcome. Yes. Details under "Rifles, Permitted" here: https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdf ----------- Cheers and stay safe!
Hi Randy, yes sir, Permitted: ✔ All rimfire caliber rifles with a magazine capacity of 10 rounds or fewer (e.g.: .22LR, .17HMR, etc.) are permitted, excluding rifles with tubular magazines in lever-action firearms, which do not have magazine restrictions. Rimfire caliber rifles are not considered "assault weapons" and can have features that centerfire rifles cannot. Also, bolt action rifles do have the same restrictions as semi-autos do. https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdf , Stay safe & have a great day!
