Absolutely. The ATI lower, while not being mil-spec, still accepts standard AR-15 pistol grips.It should work just fine.

It will work but keep in mind it is a thicker handle and if your using a B.A.D. Lever it might be a reach since it hangs to the front of the trigger guard. hope this helps
