Hi Tevaughn and welcome. Unfortunately, no. Buds would only ship without non-compliant magazines. They do not modifiy magazines from their factory capacity. Wish they did but they don't. Cheers and stay safe!

Bud's does no gunsmithing, customizing or compliancy work on firearms. They would simply remove the magazines and leave it up to you to purchase the necessary state compliant magazines.
