I live in colorado where there is a 15 round clip limit, can i purchase a semi auto 556 (or whatever caliber) that comes with a 60 round clip? i.e., can i purchase the weapon with a 15 round clip.

Hi Jim and welcome. Unfortunately, no. Buds would only ship a firearm without non-compliant magazines if capacity is the only state restriction. You would need to purchase 15rd magazines separately. Cheers and stay safe!

As long as the Rifle itself is CO compliant, Buds will ship it to you MINUS the CO non-compliant capacity magazines & leave it up to you to purchase the necessary CO compliant magazines.

Hi Jim, you can purchase the weapon and Bud's will remove (not replace) the non-compliant magazines. You would then need to obtain your own state compliant mags.
