I just bought XD 4" 9mm, Is this the right magazine for that gun? also, I am from california so im not sure if the 16rd is okay.

Hey Dennis, this Magazine fits the XD 4". If you are in CA or CT though, it is not legal. CA and CT have a restriction that limits you to 10rd magazines only.
