What does it come with like carrying case cleaning kit anything like that? I know it comes with one six and one seven round magazine but what else?

No Sir, it comes in a Blue S&W branded cardboard box with owner's manual, warranty registration card, (2) Magazines, (1) 6rd and (1) 7rd, cable lock, cleaning kit, orange plastic chamber blocker and Smith and Wesson Sticker / Decal.
