Hi Michael and welcome. Unfortunately, Buds will only ship without non-compliant magazines if capacity is the only state restriction. you would need to acquire compliant magazines separately. Cheers and stay safe!

There are compliant magazines. Bud's won't swap those out with the restricted mags though. Bud's will ship the firearm without the magazines. You'll need to purchase the "legal" magazines for your state on your own.
