I got this, it looks nice, but how can I choose the "tiny" or "wide" rear peep site? The knob next to it seems to be to select left/right windage, yes? Should I aggressively push on the peep hole to flip it back and forth? I already pushed it rather hard but was afraid I might break it. Right now it's on "tiny" and I'd prefer the wider hole, but I don't want to break or damage it, please help.

The knobs are solely for windage or elevation adjustment, and the apertures should just flip by hand as you've been trying. They are designed to be snug so as not to move under recoil/handling and you are pushing against a flat spring underneath the apertures. I'd simply just push a bit harder, should loosen a little bit eventually after you've been able to flip it either direction multiple times.
