Hi Chris, no sir, this will not fir Glock pistols. This is for a picatinny rail. The Glock 19 Gen 3 is not optics ready. One option is to get a dovetail mount that attaches a plate to the rear sight slot. This is NOT the way to go!! I'd suggest getting the slide on your G19G3 professionally milled to directly fit the Optic of your choosing. A very popular option is a Holoson 507k.

This sight is intended for use on a M1913 rail. I'd suggest a gunsmith to mill your slide and install a sight intended for a pistol.
