The .45 Super cartridge operates at a pressure of 28,000 psi (pounds per square inch). Which is higher than the .45 ACP standard, which typically runs at 23,000 psi for +P loads. The Glock 21, which fires .45 ACP, is designed to handle pressures up to 21,000 psi (144.79 MPa). This is the standard SAAMI (Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers' Institute) pressure limit for .45 ACP. In CIP-regulated countries, .45 ACP pistols are proof-tested at 25,000 psi (170 MPa) to ensure safety. I personally would not use it.as doing so risks a case failure in the unsupported chamber and at the very least batters the slide and almost certainly shortens the life of the pistol.

Hi William and welcome. .45 Super will run no issue in this barrel. A heavier Recoil Spring, 22/23 lb and a tungsten guide rod is highly recommended. While you can shoot 45 SUPER out of some stock 45 acp+P pistols such as the Glock 21, HK USP, or the full-sized all steel 1911, you will batter your pistol if you do not have them modified to handle the extra pressure and slide velocity of the 45 Super.
